at The Celebration of Whimsy
21-A Clinton Street (Between Houston and Stanton)
New York City, 10002

Tired of seeing the same old version of the classic story reproduced time and time again with the same costumes, characters, and interpretation? After 13 years of reputable and critically acclaimed professional productions, The New Acting Company is changing the face of "Theater For All Ages" once again.

Meet Timothy, a young boy who lives in Brooklyn, as he leaves his perfect family at home and embarks on a fantastical journey through the infamous Emerald City. Join your favorite and timeless characters Scarecrow, Tin Man, Cowardly Lion, The Wicked Witch, and of course the Great and Powerful Oz, all with refreshing new twists. Ruby Red Slippers are Silver Hi-Tops, Winged Monkeys become Sultry Cats, and Home is always where the heart is.

Re-Imagine, Re-Envision, and Re-Discover "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" with this Re-Defined and never been told story adapted from the 1912 Frank. L. Baum book.
